Hawai'i Huli'Huli Chicken and Rice (Hawaiian)
This is a Black Hand Pepper Company pepper sauces with influences of Hawaiian style cooking. Huli-huli is a term used for a type of teriyaki chicken that is "turned" (That's what Huli'Huli means) while being cooked on the grill. Hawaiian style Huli-huli's chicken is slow marinated in the pineapple acids. This recipe incorporates the true colors of the islands. Enjoy this beautiful meld of flavors.
